I like the idea of a ranking system. Just as long as nobody turns into a prick about it, as Matt Stevens said... Well you know that's going to happen, lol Seriously though, I'm for this idea...only stip I'd add to it is that current champions not be eligible...Reason I say that is because If they have a Title, they must be good...so why fill up the 'Power 10' with people we KNOW to be good RPers. I'm for the power 10 provided Champions aren't included.

I could see us implementing a singles ranking system with certain values. For example, let's say we have twenty singles competitors. #0 could be the Xtreme Chaos Champion, #1 could be the first contender, #2 could be second, etc. Then put the Devastation Title at #5, and the Elimination Title at #8.
It'd work out very nicely, actually. That way you wouldn't have people who don't deserve it challenging up. And if the #1 contender for the XC title felt like taking on the Devastation Champion, he could do that.
Just a thought. I really thought this all up in a few minutes, so it's probably all rubbish.

I could see that working, we could even make it more challenging....
(Note, this is a copied list from the first page, used as an example)
00: Wilson 01: Lancing 02: Bandits+ 03: Kannon 04: Eric 05: Bo+ 06: Ryan Connor 07: Duke 08: He 09: Kline 10: Sima 11: Chuie+ 12: Elliot 13: Krazy 14: Axl 15: Dave 16: Tyler 17: Karen 18: Tinjing 19: Steffi+ 20: Redline 21: Jorn 22: Sander
Okay, there's an example of the line-up. 0 = XC Champ and 1= #1 Contender and so on...
It would be more of a challenge to use this, not only as a ranking system, but say (based on this list) Sima Liao took on Kannon in a singles match. Also lets say, Sima picked up the victory. This would put Sima up to #3 and drop Kannon back (if not to Sima's current spot...then maybe cut the difference in half and put him down to #6 or #7). Or maybe set up a point system to where the winner would advance X amount of spaces per win (like Smackdown vs Raw's Superstar points--or somethin)
I dunno...I'm brainstormin here...just some ideas

I see where you're going with this Mynd. It would be kind of like rankings for NCAA football. The rankings are always running on, and we compete to raise our overall rank. Perhaps we could base it on wins and losses. It would probably help make booking easier too.
Forgive me if I'm merely stating the obvious. Things don't come to you easily when snot is floating around in your head. >_<

I think it'd be good just to have a constantly shifting list. Let's say, in Mynd's example, Redline happens to defeat Eric on Pure Mayhem. Redline moves up to 4th, while Eric and everyone below 4th drops down to 5th.
Or we could even have it where people have to put their rankings on the line for matches. As in not every match affects the Championship/Contender Rankings, just matches where people agree to it as a stipulation.

Why? The whole point of the Power Ten is to show who is doing well NOW. This isn't a hall of fame rankings thing. This is who is the best, or had the most impact, according to recent happenings.
