I would never have the time for this, but I think it might be pretty useful.
Instead of Ryan, Joe, Clip, etc. doing most of the work each week, why not let a member of the roster be the "guest GM"/booker every so often? I'm not suggesting a mandatory kind of thing, but every few weeks the admins could set aside a Pure Mayhem where somebody could volunteer to be the guest booker.
Basically, this person would be responsible for making the card and taking care of results for that week (other people can volunteer to help with some of the matches if they want, but the guest booker should do most of them and make sure they're up on time). They would also decide match outcomes by themselves. Granted, whatever they decide to do for the show would have to be approved by the admins first.
I think this could be useful for a few reasons. For one, it would give the regular writers a little bit of a break. Two, it would boost interest and creativity and make things a little fun. Three, since it's normal for roleplayers to think about running their own fed, they can gain an appreciation for how difficult it actually is. Writing results, picking winners, and doing it all on time is not as easy as some think.
Overall, I just think this could be pretty interesting and really helpful.

I know this idea was posted like half a year ago but I for one would love to be the guest booker once.

Sounds really bad. Like asking for somebody to wreck the place.

No, no, no, like they'd need admin permission for it like for example if i did it I'd probably send the admins a card like:
XC Title Match: Awesome Joe versus Danny Donimination
Hardcore Rules: Killer Xtreme versus Death Destroyer
The Duo versus The Turtle Boyz
Newbie Battle Royal - Winner Gets Brutal Havok Title Shot Doug Nudity Mike Flowers Natasha Wiggins Laura Two Piece Dick Anderson Fat Man Wesley The Dave Turtle Dove Generic Dude
Master Ass Face and Mr. Dick Head versus Emily Boner and Titty McGee
Then the admins would look over it and say something like:
The XC Title can't be put on the line and that battle royal would interfere with the rivalry between Assless Chaps and Tit Job Logan
So then I might send in a revised card like: Awesome Joe and Assless Chaps versus Danny Donimination and Tit Job Logan
Hardcore Rules: Killer Xtreme versus Death Destroyer
The Duo versus The Turtle Boyz
Newbie Battle Royal - Winner Gets to be in Next Week's Main Event Doug Nudity Mike Flowers Natasha Wiggins Laura Two Piece Dick Anderson Fat Man Wesley The Dave Turtle Dove Generic Dude
Master Ass Face and Mr. Dick Head versus Emily Boner and Titty McGee
Then, if the admins liked that they could be like okay and that would be the card.

Then, they'd be responsible for finding writers and getting the card up. I think the judging staff should remain the same though.

This is different than TRM... how?

Because it's one specific person running the show as opposed to people nominating matches they'd like and the matches with the most nominations happening.

And that one specific person would likely cater half to his own agenda, and half based on the needs of popularity.. making it TRM.

Or he could present things unrelated to himself that maybe no one has thought of. Like a 5 on 5 War Games match featuring ProGen, ProRev, and Redline v. Chuie and The Bastards. Or maybe an SW v. CPW match featuring some of the biggest SW supporters versus some of the biggest SW haters. Like Steffi, Chuie, Jason Russel, and Clipper v. Starr, Mayhem, Saddington, and Jason Michaels. Maybe just a match that no one thought to make that could be really good like Steffi v. Chuie and the winner gets a match of their choice v. Bo Slade at the next PPV.

I would really like to hear Ryan, Joe, or Gina's opinions on this.

Lately there's been enough problems getting results together and posted, and you want to confuse the process further?
I mean no disrespect to the staff. Running an e-fed is extremely challenging especially when there are so many people involved in the process. And like Anson said it would likely just result in people trying to further their own agendas. Even if the Mods have to approve it, why not just leave it up to the Mods then? It needlessly complicates things.
If you want to see a match, request it. If you want to run a fed, build your own. You shouldn't mess with an e-fed that's been running for SEVEN years for no reason.

I think the only way this concept would ever work is if somebody won a spot to be a guest GM and run the show for one night, then s/he could announce the matches at the end of the show the week prior and there could be various segments on the show. Like, it could only work from a storyline perspective imo. Otherwise, I see it being too hard to pull off.

Winning a spot would be cool, could even make a killer story line out of it.

The main reason I suggested this was to give people like Ryan and Joe a break. Also, probably more importantly, the pricks that always complain about results would have a greater appreciation for everything the admins do. If done correctly, it could be a lot of fun for people. Like I said before though, I'd never have the time to do something like this, so I don't care one way or the other
