(Disclaimer: This in large part was taken from EWA. Don't sue me. Please.)
When you join, you can deny it all you want. The Bottom Line is though, everyone wants to be the Alpha Male, and I don't mean Monty Brown.
You're going to want to RP with your character being the best, you're going to beg us, the admins, to book him as the best. Quite frankly, you're not the best. This is a dog eat dog world, and to progress, you're going to have to prove yourself. Subject yourself to redicule, know yourself, acknowledge and respect your fellow Roleplayer. This is our ring, and our ring is one of respect. Here are some things you should keep in mind when first starting out, whether this be your first E-fed experience or if you've been in numerous feds for years.

1. Ranting
- A good rant is always fun. Sometimes, it even goes to play into character. I mean, most characters are male, and most males are arrogant sunsuvbitches. But it's important to know a limit, both on character and what you should be saying regarding your position on the totem pole. People like Axl James Slade can say or do whatever the hell they want, Mr. Slade is the owner of the company and can rightfully wave his prick in whichever direction he so pleases. Then you get your common rookie who immedietly finds an interview and gives a half-hearted rant on their opponent. Sure it can play into character, albeit very slightly, but it goes around and just makes you look like an idiot being someone in no position to say anything but going around and shouting their mouth as if you can call all the shots.
- When discrediting your opponent, please give him the proper props and respect he or she deserves. Many have hated Dave Helms in his time here on CPW, but they all have got to admit he's the best damned thing to happen to this company, and without him, they've have never gone as far as they have currently. Going off a biased "You Suck" rant on a character that by all means has done more than you ever could, only gives your opponent more to use against you than you ever could have done against them.
1. Violence
- Does beating up Stacy Kiebler make Randy Orton look tough? No. A douche, maybe, but certainly not tough. The same goes for you, when you pick off people on the street, CPW staff, and other non-wrestlers. We're sorry you have a small penis, but don't take it out on the rest of the world please.
- Commiting felonies is a serious crime. If fans at home can see it, so can the police. Dewey Cheetum Howe will NOT post bail for convicted arsonists, murderers, whatever. Doing such with cameras AND witnesses is doubly stupid. Just don't. You shouldn't even do this off-camera and without witnesses, so seriously... unless the rare special case presents itself, don't do anything stupid. And absolutely no stealing of Dan Ricardo's cookies.
3. In-Ring Promos
- This has never been an official rule, and likely never will be. This is more just personal distaste of my own, and thankfully most people have stopped doing it in CPW as it is. In-Ring promos posted on a Monday or something, when there is no show, and well... no one to really see it... just look stupid and ruin the suspension of belief. If you REALLY REALLY want an in-ring promo, just send it to chaosnmayhem so he can air it on Pure Mayhem, or me to air on Cracked Rear View. Seriously, it's no big deal, it just looks stupid for a guy to go out in the ring on a monday when no one should be there. Sure, it could be a RP set on friday, but that doesn't explain why we never saw it originally aired during Mayhem in the first place.
4. Your History
- Alright. So you're a former Heavywieght Champion, 16 time tag champion, and whatever else. We get it, and we don't care. It doesn't matter what you've done in a half-dozen other federations. Every federation has their own standard, their own storylines, their own roleplayers. Sure, you can carry a storyline for your character from another federation, that's fine. But a ten-year World Heavyweight Reign doesn't mean ANYTHING to us. Sure, it's great, but compete for titles HERE and don't flaunt others from ELSEWHERE.

- In the end, this is all Roleplaying and a bunch of fun. The topic of a roleplay can make or break your character, your point, and any source of credibility going for you.
