The match involves 4 wrestlers or 4 teams. It involves the ring being isolated by a HIAC cell. Two wrestlers (or teams) are on the inside, two on the outside. Inside the ring, the rules are like a HIAC. Outside, there is another ref and the rules are hardcore and falls/submissions count anywhere. There is a set time interval for when a buzzer goes off. Say five minutes. When the buzzer sounds, the ref unlocks the cell and two wrestlers trade places, one goes in the cell and one goes out. When the next buzzer sounds, the other two wrestlers switch places, and so on. Here's the catch, the first one to get a pinfall or submission wins. But a pinfall or submission can be broken by the buzzer. Example: 1...2...buzzer, switch. So you can screw yourself by say hitting an opponent with your finisher right before the buzzer sounds. You set him up for your opponent and after the buzzer, there's nothing you can do to keep him from winning. There is one more catch, there is one way to get DQ'd. And that would be to knock out a ref to steal his keys, though I imagine that a creative pickpocket could get away with it if he suddenly found the keys in his possession. But anyway, the person that gets the DQ is eliminated from the match and it would continue as a 3-way HIAC. It can also be altered by adding another ring for more wrestlers or teams, or you could have, say 3 wrestlers in the cell and 3 outside. But I couldn't think of a catchy name for it.

Seems like you'd want to use this for situations like the Elimination Chamber where you've got lots of opposing sides... at least four. I'd call it something like "Cage of Tribulation Match" or something, since it seems to test each opponent against one another.

Hmmm,
Some on the inside looking out...
Others on the outside looking in...
All being tantalized by the sight of paradise just beyond their reach...
Sounds like Purgatory's House Of Pain
