Segment 1: Regrettable Circumstances
Dewey Cheetum Howe makes his way out to the ring with a sombre look on his face, a look generall reserved for people who actually have a heart and a soul. He gets on the microphone and tells the crowd that he regrets to inform them that, at Summer Blast-Off last week, Axl James Slade suffered a violent heart attack, primarily caused by stress, though other factors were assumed to be contributing to the attack. He says that he regrets to inform the crowd that Axl James Slade will be out of the ring indefinitely, so that he is able to recover from his injuries and get back in tip-top shape. However, he says, the show must go on, and he plans to put on great entertainment with or without Axl James Slade.

Segment 2: Kurt Daniels vs. Steve “Chuie” Johnson
In Daniels' return after being inactive for several months, he comes out on fire, delivering many right hands to Chuie. However, Chuie is not to be defeated so easily, as he manages to battle back in the match. Chuie, with the slight size advantage, is able to hit Daniels with a couple nice suplexes to gain the advantage in the match, and Daniels appears done but manages to kick out a couple of times when no one thought he would. Daniels manages to get back into the back with a poke to the eye and a dropkick, which begins his offensive movements in the match, aside from his sporadic offensive attacks in the early-goings. However, the offensive doesn't last long, and Chuie gains the advantage once again and holds it until the end of the match, when he hits the Chu Bad before covering and getting the 1-2-3! Chuie stands up and celebrates his victory in the ring while Kurt Daniels rolls out of the ring, frustrated.
Winner: Steve “Chuie” Johnson
MQ: 72, CR: 59, OV: 65 - *
Segment 3: Nightmare vs. Tyler Evans
The two competitors begin the match pretty quickly, with Evans getting the speed advantage and getting off to a hot start with various acrobatic, flying maneuvers. Nightmare ultimately manages to ground him, however, and locks in various submission maneuvers. The two competitors fight a very hard fought match, but ultimately, Nightmare is able to nail Evans with the Northern Comfort, before covering and getting the 1-2-3!
Winner: Nightmare
MQ: 75, CR: 56, 65 – 3/4*
Segment 4: Brutal Havoc
Nightmare begins walking backstage from his victory over Evans, when suddenly, The Corpse jumps out from behind one of the curtains and begins to bludgeon Nightmare with a crowbar. Nightmare is ambushed, and takes several shots to the head with the crowbar. Corpse drops the crowbar and pulls Nightmare to his feet before slinging him head-first into a wall. Corpse delivers several stomps to the midsection before security rushes backstage to try and restore some order to the situation. Corpse blasts the two security guards with the crowbar and, as guards with batons begin rushing forward in droves, Corpse retreats away as the scene fades to a commercial.

Segment 5: Jason Russel vs. Kline Cambria
In a solid all-around match-up, Jason Russel gets the advantage to begin with by dealing a couple quick right hands to Kline and catching him off his guard. Kline is able to get back in the match quickly enough, and he hits Russel with a scoop slam and follows them with mounted punches. He continues to have the upper hand in the match, but Russel hits him with a kick to the midsection and a snap suplex. Russel then grabs the upper hand for a bit before Kline gets back into the match with an overhead belly-to-belly. Cambria keeps the advantage a little longer before hitting the Con-Artist and covering for the 1-2-3! Cambria rolls out of the ring and Platinum Playa rushes down the ramp and into the ring. He begins stomping away at the fallen Jason Russel, and security, which has been very busy tonight, bolts down the ramp to separate the two men.
Winner: Kline Cambria
MQ: 69, CR: 66, OV: 67 - *1/4
Segment 6: The Return of a Monster
A video begins to roll across the titan tron, and the face of a menace, a monster, comes floating up on the screen to face the crowd. A blaze of fiery red letters comes atop the titan tron to spell out “Pyriis.” The crowd sits in silence as the video package fades.

Segment 7: Karen Helms vs. Platinum Playa
Karen and Playa trade right hands for awhile, with Playa still frustrated about not being able to get his hands on Jason Russel earlier in the evening. This allows Karen to capitalize on the distraction involving Playa, hitting him with several maneuvers to take him down. For a couple of minutes, Karen faces little or no resistance from Playa, who seems taken way off of his game. Playa manages to get back into the match, but it's too little too late as the veteran in Karen Helms finishes the match with the Cherished Memory and the 1-2-3!
Winner: Karen Helms
MQ: 82, CR: 76, OV: 79 - ***
Segment 8: Abaddon vs. Joe Summers
In the main event of the evening, the reigning King of Chaos takes on the former Xtreme Chaos Champion in a one on one match. Summers gets ahead early with his quickness, leaving Abaddon slightly confused. Summers darts around the ring like a bat out of hell, but Abaddon ultimately manages to catch him. Abaddon gets in some nice power moves, but Summers is quickly back on his feet and back executing well. There seems to be little Abaddon can do to stop it before he manages to hit a desperation spinebuster on Summers. Both men stay down for a little while and Summers gets to his feet first, but Abaddon quickly follows. Abaddon and Summers trade off for a little while longer, and it looks as though Summers is about to get the advantage back, when suddenly, the lights go out. The lights come back on to reveal Joe Summers out cold on the mat, blood trickling down from his head. Abaddon looks around and covers, picking up the 1-2-3! Abaddon stands up, looking confused himself at what has gone on, as the scene fades to black.
Winner: Abaddon
MQ: 74, CR: 82, OV: 79 - **1/4
